Cuatro Groos, Principal

Cuatro was born in San Antonio, Texas. He holds undergraduate degrees as well as an MBA and Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been serving businesses and entrepreneurs as an insurance advisor since 2001. Before working in the insurance industry, he worked in the technology sector as a marketing analyst and manager. Growing up in a small family business and later working in the startup world gave him a love for small business and a deep respect for the courage it takes to start and run a business. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Alicia, an intellectual property attorney, and his three children. When he’s not working with clients or chasing children, Cuatro loves tennis, golf, and the outdoors.

Kayla Fanning, Director of Client Services

Before joining Cuatro in 2006, Kayla attended St. Edward’s in Austin where she graduated with a degree in English Writing & Rhetoric.  Her background in meticulous editing and business writing evolved her passion for communicating with clients and building lasting relationships while helping those around her.  She and her three pups love calling Austin their home and when she’s not at work, she’s playing coed soccer, braving new veggie recipes, or exploring places near and far.

Shaun Pritchard, Client Services Specialist

Before coming aboard in 2010, Shaun worked in the world of accounting for approximately 15 years.  She brings with her a love for numbers and a real passion for customer service.   She enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them find the best possible insurance to fit their needs.    In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and daughter in their hill country home.  When she’s not working in the yard or cooking, you can find her curled up with a good book.
