Cuatro Groos, Principal

Cuatro was born in San Antonio, Texas. He holds undergraduate degrees as well as an MBA and Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been serving businesses and entrepreneurs as an insurance advisor since 2001. Before working in the insurance industry, he worked in the technology sector as a marketing analyst and manager. Growing up in a small family business and later working in the startup world gave him a love for small business and a deep respect for the courage it takes to start and run a business. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Alicia, an intellectual property attorney, and his three children. When he’s not working with clients or chasing children, Cuatro loves tennis, golf, and the outdoors.

Kayla Fanning, Client Service Specialist

Before joining Cuatro in 2006, Kayla attended St. Edward’s University in Austin where she graduated with a degree in English Writing & Rhetoric.  She loves calling central Texas her home and when she’s not at work, she’s playing with her three dogs or going for a good run.
