Her passion is empowering both employers and their employees to not only understand the benefits offered to them, but to feel confident in the value they bring to their organization and lives. Insurance often brings frustration, and at the end of the day, having someone with decades of experience navigating this environment brings both clarity and calmness to our clients.

Since joining CuatroBenefits in 2006, her favorite engagement is public speaking on both employee benefits and organizational well-being. Kayla helps clients in several ways including designing creative benefits and renewal strategies, internal communications, ongoing population education, and more.

She lives in Southern Colorado with her husband Nate and cat, Piper. Kayla is usually on her gravel bike, training for races around the mountain west. We're proud to sponsor her efforts!
